Showing that you are thankful for your customers is more than a nice thing to do, it is a smart growth tactic. Customers are more likely to do business with companies that appreciate their business, but so few companies do a good job showing appreciation.
Sending handwritten thank you notes automatically & at scale.
For an extra special thank you, you can add a Gift Card to your note from 10 different stores, ranging from Starbucks and Amazon to Bass Pro Shops and Burger King.
The postmark on the stamp will be Phoenix Arizona. That is the only hint that the card was not sent from your office by you.
Auto send a personalized "thank you" email with a time delay.
There is nothing that screams "ignore me I'm automated" than getting an email in your inbox seconds after submitting a web form.
1. Collect the fields that you want to use for personalization, such as first name.
2. Create a Zap in Zapier that triggers when the web form is submitted.
3. Add a 7 minute time delay before sending the email.
4. Create an action that sends an email using data fields from the data you have as a way to personalize the email.
Make sure you have error checking and fall back data for your personalization fields. You can do this in Zapier with conditional statements and string handling Zaps. There is nothing less personal than receiving an email that says Dear "FirstName".
